Salvador Gonzalez, MD was raised in Los Angeles, California. He attended the University of California Berkeley and graduated in 1987 with a degree in Microbiology and Immunology. After two years of conducting breast cancer research, Dr. Gonzalez attended medical school at the University of California San Diego School of Medicine. He received his medical degree in 1994. He completed his residency at the UCSF-Fresno Family Medicine Program in 1997. He is board certified in family medicine and has practiced in the Fresno area since 1997. In his spare time Dr. Gonzalez enjoys cycling, recreational soccer, music, gardening, and spending time with his family and friends.
